Falling Crawl Space Insulation
Old fiberglass insulation had begun sagging and falling away from the floor joists, creating a cluttered crawl space and limiting access to the framing.

The existing crawl space needed both structural reinforcement and the removal of deteriorating insulation before the affected areas could be properly addressed.
New Steel Support System
A supplemental steel beam and SmartJack® support post were installed beneath the floor system to provide reliable support and help stabilize the home.
