Encapsulation and Dehumidifier Installed
After encapsulating the crawl space, our team installed a dehumidifier to help control excess humidity and maintain more consistent moisture levels. The new moisture barrier covers the floor and walls, creating a much cleaner and more controlled crawl space environment.
Crawl Space Before Encapsulation
Before the project began, sections of insulation were hanging down throughout the crawl space, and the area had an older ground covering that was no longer providing a complete moisture barrier. Conditions like these can allow humidity and moisture to continue affecting the space beneath the home.
New Crawl Space Access Door
To help complete the sealed system, our team also installed a new crawl space access door. A properly fitted door helps reduce outside air and moisture entering the space while still providing convenient access for future inspections or service.
