SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier
To help control moisture in the crawl space, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This system is designed to remove excess moisture from the air and help maintain healthier humidity levels beneath the home.
SmartJack® Support System Installed
Our crew installed SmartJack® supports and a steel beam beneath the floor system to provide added support where the structure needed it. The adjustable jacks help stabilize the floor above and can be tightened over time if future adjustments are needed.
Reinforcing the Floor System
The SmartJack® system was positioned beneath key areas of the floor framing to help transfer the weight of the structure down to stable footing below. Together with the steel support beam, the system provides a stronger, more dependable support setup for the home.
