This homeowner in Afton reached out to Master Services for help transforming their nasty crawl space. The area had exposed soil, moisture problems, and poor air quality that would eventually lead to mold and possibly cause structural damage.
The Master team fully encapsulated the crawl space using the CleanSpace® system, covering 878 square feet with a durable vapor barrier to seal out moisture. To further protect the area, we installed a SuperSump® Plus pump system and StarPipe™ drainage line for efficient water removal, along with SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifiers and condensate pumps to maintain dry, clean air. We also completed mold treatment with soda blasting to ensure the space was clean before sealing, added SilverGlo™ insulation, and included vent seals and lighting for long-term protection and visibility.
