A veteran, already familiar with the quality of work from a prior crawl space encapsulation by our company, sought our help after noticing floor dips in their basement causing uneven surfaces and sticking windows. Our inspector promptly assessed the crawl space, identifying the need for additional reinforcements to stabilize the upper floor. We installed three adjustable SmartJacks at key points to support weakened beams and level the floor. The project was completed successfully, leaving the homeowner highly satisfied with the restored stability and long-term protection of their home.
