This Andersonville, Tennessee homeowner was dealing with a ton of moisture in his basement. This threatened their air quality, the condition of their foundation, and created just an overall musty environment. To resolve this issue, our team installed a SuperSump sump pump system, designed to efficiently collect and discharge water from the basement. We also installed CleanSpace, a durable vapor barrier that lines the walls to prevent moisture from passing through the block walls into the home. For added protection, we included an IceGuard discharge line attachment, which allows water to escape even if the exterior line freezes, ensuring the system continues working in freezing temperatures. In the before picture, you can see heavy efflorescence (white powdery staining) on the block walls and visible signs of past moisture. This made the basement a concern for the homeowner. With no vapor barrier in place and poor drainage, this home was vulnerable to numerous water-related damages. The finished product, shown in the second photo, features a clean, sealed basement environment with CleanSpace lining the walls, wires safely mounted, and a powerful SuperSump system ready to handle water buildup. This space is now dry, protected, and much more usable year-round.
An apartment complex in Heiskell, TN received concerns from tenants about tripping hazards around the complex. Due to poor weather and soil erosion, parts of the sidewalk started to sink, causing one side to be higher than the other. Not only is this a tripping hazard, it is also a blemish on the look of the complex.
In an effort to better the sidewalks, the apartment complex called Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair to lift the sidewalk.
Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair used PolyLyft to lift the sidewalk to even levels. Not only does the PolyLyft lift, though, it also reinforces, so the apartment complex will no longer need to worry about poor weather conditions or soil erosion.

This sidewalk in Heiskell, TN was cracking and sinking, which could eventually create a serious tripping hazard. Our team drilled holes at specific areas along the sidewalk, then injected them with our incredible, high-density PolyLyft. This product works by filling voids and holes beneath the slab, effectively raising it to its original position.
