Concerned about potential structural issues, he scheduled an appointment with one of our home inspectors. During the inspection, it was determined that soil settling, caused by fluctuating moisture levels and extreme temperature changes, was the main culprit.
We recommended installing two helical piers beneath the affected corner of the house. These piers reach stable soil deep underground to provide solid support, while minimizing disruption to the soil around the home. Once the installation was complete, the trenches were backfilled and leveled, restoring the area to its original state.
