In Limestone, TN, the Williams family noticed a persistent issue in the crawlspace beneath their home: the support beams and floor joists were starting to sag. Our team recommended installing a couple of SmartJacks—robust steel supports designed to stabilize and level weakened structures.
Working carefully in the crawlspace, we positioned each SmartJack on top of a sturdy, pre-cast concrete base that minimized disruption to the existing cement floor. Once assembled and securely connected to the main girder, each SmartJack could be tightened as needed to provide ongoing support. Thanks to this reliable system, the Williams family can rest easy knowing that their crawlspace and the floors above it now have a strong, long-lasting foundation.
