A crawlspace in Johnson City, TN, had previously been encapsulated with a black plastic sheet that had torn over the years, resulting in water accumulation and damage. After clearing debris and removing old insulation from the joists, we sealed the vents to isolate the crawlspace from the outside environment.
The homeowner called us, and our expert crew installed CleanSpace drainage matting, which directs water to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located at the lowest point of the crawlspace. Finally, we installed the reliable CleanSpace® vapor barrier, known for its durability and sustained effectiveness, and paired it with our trusted Sedona dehumidifier. By sealing off the vents, we created a controlled environment that inhibits the formation of mold and spores.
Our team visited a customer not far from Big Rock, VA to look at their garage. Water was working its way inside, creating the potential for serious damage to both the structure and the customer's belongings. Our team installed several systems, including our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier. This mold and tear-resistant barrier protects vulnerable areas from water damage, mold, and other issues.
We visited a basement near Dante, VA that was accumulating water. To prevent flooding and mold, we installed our TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifying systems, which together will keep the area dry and sanitary.
This crawlspace was a musty mess, so Master Services encapsulated it to keep it free from moisture.
In Piney Flats, TN, the Master Services team took on the task of sealing a crawlspace to protect it from water infiltration. The house was built on an irregular, large rock formation, which added complexity to the project. To tackle this challenge, we recommended the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, celebrated for its durability and effectiveness. This multi-layered solution is well-suited for various terrains, as it not only blocks water infiltration but also prevents vapor from seeping out of the earth.
