The Master Services team visited a home in Hixson, TN that was having some concrete settlement issues. Over time, rain and extremes in temperature will cause the soil beneath concrete to shrink, swell, or wash away completely. The team injected this sidewalk with our amazing PolyLyft, which raises slabs to an even position.
A former client from Hixson, TN reached out to our team about a previously severe bowing wall in their foundation that had been reinforced with Carbon Fiber by Master Services. The client requested that we install a waterproofing solution to keep the basement dry. After conducting a thorough inspection, we determined that an efficient water collection and redirection system was necessary. Our recommended solution included the installation of our reliable perimeter water guard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump, which are specifically designed to collect and channel water away from basements. This solution guarantees that any water infiltration is securely collected and directed towards the TripleSafe pump, which has three layers of protection, including an additional pump for handling extreme loads, and an external battery for uninterrupted operation during power outages.
