Master Services successfully waterproofed a large commercial building in Riceville, TN. The structure is located on the side of a hill, and one of its walls was frequently flooded during rainfall, leading to mold growth and significant efflorescence on the bricks. To tackle this issue, our team installed a vapor barrier that covered the entire wall and implemented the WaterGuard® Drainage System. This system cleverly channels water away from the walls to the lowest point in the building, where our dependable sump pump efficiently removes the water and directs it outside. This solution has greatly reduced humidity inside the building and safeguarded it from future flooding.
This Riceville, TN homeowner had a crawl space that was exposed to constant ground moisture and outside humidity.
