I've had to much bad experience with home improvement contractors cutting corners and jury-rigging and doing substandard work. After talking to your sales man I got a warm and fussy feeling from him and I took a chance, and so far I'm pleased with the finished product and have a peace of mind that I was treated fairly and that I don't have to worry about foundation problems for as long as I own the house. I also like that the product is transferable with the sale of the house. Your associates are very good at what they due, and went the extra step to ensure I was completely satisfied and taken care of, I appreciate that! The little minor details mean a lot. Its only been one day since the system was installed and we had a storm come through, so far so good, but rest assured if it doesn't perform to standard you will be hearing from me.
