Master Services is EXCELLENT. The people are friendly from sales, to onsite, to back office. Almost a 5. But really I spent too much time communicating on this and a lot of frustrationg with back office processes (not people). I spent over 2 hours dealing administratively with this when it should have been 30 minutes. Jeremiah and his team (installers) score a 10!

Two other competitors had been out to price me on the foundation repair (not this job). I did not like them at all. Sammy really made me feel like my work mattered and having done this work knew that your company would be the best for the work--one team so to speak handling multiple related problems. I know Master Services made a profit on me as well it should and it is certainly worth it--the other companies left me with a not good feeling. I have total confidence in Master Servics to help me take care of my old house.
