Installation crew was amazing! Came in and noticed an old order had been sent, after having a conversation with me. He called the rep that did our quote, and had the new quote sent to him. After looking even further, he found that we didn't need everything, foundation wise, that was in the quote. Saved a bunch of money, and fixed the issue we had. The crew was very polite, and professional. Worked constantly until the job was done. After completion, the job foreman took me to the basement and showed me everything that had been done. He also went over the dehumidifier and how it worked. Great experience.
Pricing was the initial reason. Customer service will be an additional reason, if I ever get the chance to recommend the company.
