We watched a short video on how the system works and once the men were installing it, I knew what I was looking at when I saw their work. That made me feel better because I had an idea of what was going on and how it was put together. I was ABSOLUTELY impressed with everyone involved and would use them again and recommend them to anyone with this sort of problem.
