This Rossville, GA home had a crawl space filled with debris, poor protection, and high humidity. The homeowner noticed musty odors and was concerned about how the damp conditions could affect their air quality and the structure of their home. Over time, exposed soil and failing insulation allowed moisture to build up, creating the perfect environment for mold, odors, and wood damage.
To restore the space, the Master Services team removed all damaged insulation and debris before installing a CleanSpace® vapor barrier system with drainage matting to channel any water in the crawl space. Each pier was wrapped, and vents were sealed to prevent outside air from entering the space. A SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump was also added to control humidity and maintain dry conditions year-round. Finally, an EverLast™ crawl space door was installed to create a secure, airtight entry.
With these upgrades, the crawl space is now clean, dry, and protected from moisture-related damage; helping the home stay healthier and more energy-efficient for years to come.
A former client from Hixson, TN reached out to our team about a previously severe bowing wall in their foundation that had been reinforced with Carbon Fiber by Master Services. The client requested that we install a waterproofing solution to keep the basement dry. After conducting a thorough inspection, we determined that an efficient water collection and redirection system was necessary. Our recommended solution included the installation of our reliable perimeter water guard drainage system and TripleSafe sump pump, which are specifically designed to collect and channel water away from basements. This solution guarantees that any water infiltration is securely collected and directed towards the TripleSafe pump, which has three layers of protection, including an additional pump for handling extreme loads, and an external battery for uninterrupted operation during power outages.
In Hixson, TN, this crawl space was damp, cluttered, and filled with failing insulation. The exposed block walls and debris created ongoing moisture issues and poor air quality inside the home.
Our team transformed the space with a CleanSpace® encapsulation system (1,086 sq ft), creating a durable vapor barrier to keep moisture out. We removed old insulation and debris, then installed a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier with intake and exhaust duct kits to keep humidity under control. For added convenience and safety, we included a condensate pump, new electrical outlet, and crawl space lighting with a switch. We also sealed nine vents and wrapped piers to complete the encapsulation, giving the crawl space lasting protection.
The result is a clean, bright, and healthy crawl space that improves air quality, energy efficiency, and long-term home stability.
Master Services recently visited a homeowner in Rock Spring, GA, to address issues with water intrusion in their basement. The basement, primarily used for storage and not yet finished, was experiencing problems with water infiltration. After a detailed inspection, our home inspector identified that the efflorescence on the walls was due to this water intrusion. To combat the issue, we recommended our WaterGuard® Perimeter Drainage System combined with the TripleSafe Sump Pump. We began by installing the CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier on the walls to safeguard against further water damage.
