Our team visited a basement in Rocky Face, GA, to address issues affecting its market value. The home inspector quickly identified signs of water infiltration, including efflorescence and mold growth on the walls. To resolve this, we installed our CleanSpace covering on the basement walls. Additionally, we implemented our WaterGuard system, connected to a TripleSafe sump pump, to efficiently capture and redirect water away from the home.

Collected water is directed to a SuperSump® Plus sump pump system, which efficiently removes water from the home. To ensure dependable discharge even during freezing conditions, we installed an IceGuard® protection system and LawnScape™ outlet, along with an extended exterior discharge line to carry water safely away from the foundation. Master Services successfully waterproofed a large commercial building in Riceville, TN. The structure is located on the side of a hill, and one of its walls was frequently flooded during rainfall, leading to mold growth and significant efflorescence on the bricks. This system cleverly channels water away from the walls to the lowest point in the building, where our dependable sump pump efficiently removes the water and directs it outside.
