I hired Master Services instead of other companies because they offered paperwork to back up their claims and because of their professional attitude. The sales rep and work crew arrived on time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price that they said they would do it, no surprises! When they left, they cleaned up to where I didn't have anything to do. I hired Master Services based on the initial presentation and material provided, as well as their professional approach. All of the Master Services people were very knowledgable and focused. During the installation, there was a lot of rain and other issues, but the crew worked right through it, including working overtime to complete the job as we desired.
