Master Services recently completed a project in Louisville, TN, with the aim of safeguarding against water damage, mold growth, decay, odors, and pests by encapsulating the crawlspace. The area had a previous plastic sheet used as insulation, but due to its low quality, the plastic was torn in multiple places, allowing water to collect on its surface.
To address these issues, we installed the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, securely attaching it to the basement walls using carefully drilled plastic fasteners for maximum stability. The result is an area that can now be utilized as additional clean storage space, providing added functionality for the homeowner.

Near Alcoa, TN, our team at Master Services undertook the task of improving a crawlspace that had previously been encapsulated with a black plastic sheet. Over the years, this sheet had torn apart, resulting in water accumulation and damage. After clearing debris and removing old insulation from the joists, we sealed the vents to isolate the crawlspace environment from the outside.
Next, we installed CleanSpace drainage matting, a material designed to direct any water to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located at the lowest point of the crawlspace. Finally, we installed the reliable CleanSpace® vapor barrier, known for its durability and sustained effectiveness.
