The foundation of this home near Crossville, TN was undergoing settlement due to shifting or eroding soils beneath the structure. To resolve the issue, our team installed three helical piers, which function like large screws, anchoring the home to stable surrounding ground. This design works particularly well in the clay-rich terrain of East Tennessee. With this system in place, our crew successfully raised and stabilized the front porch to the desired level.
