This driveway was cracking. When there's too much rain, it can wash away the soil under concrete. Too little rain, and the clay-based soil will contract and shrink. Both of these extremes can lead to cracked, uneven pavement. To fix the problem, Master Services leveled the concrete slab by injecting it with PolyLyft.
Master Services installed our vapor barrier system at a home in Knoxville, TN. Our liner protects against mold, mildew, rot, and humidity.
In Knoxville, TN, our experienced team at Master Services tackled the project of sealing a crawlspace to protect it from mold and water damage. The existing encapsulation material in the crawlspace had deteriorated and torn over time, leading to unpleasant odors and deterioration of the supporting wooden beams.
To achieve this, we chose the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, known for its durability and effectiveness. The system was skillfully attached to the basement walls using secure plastic fasteners, ensuring a sturdy and secure fit achieved through careful drilling. Additionally, we installed our patented thermal insulation panels on the walls, named SilverGlo™. Besides resisting heat conduction, Silver GLO, boasts a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into your crawl space for ultimate energy savings. With these solutions in place, the crawlspace is now well-protected from potential issues, providing the homeowner with peace of mind and a more energy-efficient home.
