A Knoxville homeowner contacted us after noticing sagging floors and concerns about structural support in their crawl space. Our inspection revealed that the space was relying on aging concrete block piers with no supplemental reinforcement. The crawl space featured basic concrete block supports with no adjustable reinforcement. Sagging ductwork and signs of settling floors were beginning to affect the home above. This driveway was cracking. When there's too much rain, it can wash away the soil under concrete. Too little rain, and the clay-based soil will contract and shrink. Both of these extremes can lead to cracked, uneven pavement. To fix the problem, Master Services leveled the concrete slab by injecting it with PolyLyft.
