Leon serves as the Service Manager at Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, where he leads the service team with a focus on helping homeowners protect and improve their homes. Before joining Master, Leon worked in factory maintenance, building strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to solving problems. Today, he combines that experience with years of leadership to support both his team and the homeowners they serve.

What Leon enjoys most about his role is the opportunity to help people every day. He believes that a positive attitude can make a lasting impact, both within the team and in the experience homeowners receive. Leon is especially passionate about Master's ONE Passion value, always striving to improve, encourage those around him, and help his team deliver exceptional service. His enthusiasm for the work and the people he serves has made him a respected leader within the company.

Outside of work, Leon enjoys staying active through sports and spending time working in his yard.
