This Cleveland, Tennessee homeowner had a crawl space that needed a full reset to eliminate moisture and poor air quality from beneath the home. Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair began by clearing out debris and removing compromised insulation to fully expose the affected areas. Next, our team performed a soda blast mold treatment throughout the crawl space, safely removing existing mold growth and helping prevent it from returning when proper conditions are maintained.
Once the crawl space was mold-free, we installed CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation liner to seal out ground moisture and create a cleaner, more controlled environment. A SaniDry Sedona™ dehumidifier with a condensate pump was then added to continuously pull excess humidity from the air and keep the space dry long term. Together, these steps were critical in eliminating moisture from the crawl space from top to bottom.
To complete the transformation, we installed an EverLast™ crawl space door, providing a tighter, more durable access point that helps keep outside air and pests from entering the space. These photos highlight the dramatic before-and-after results, showing the crawl space’s transition from dark, mold-covered floor joists to clean, like-new structural components.
