When moisture overwhelms a basement or crawlspace, it creates the potential for rot and mold. The Master Services team visited a crawlspace in Rockwood, TN that was undergoing moisture problems. We installed our CleanSpace liner, which protects against mold and mildew and keeps moisture from impacting surfaces.
An homeowner in Oakdale, TN desired vapor barriers for her crawlspace, but some of the joists beneath the support beams began to compress and twist under pressure. To provide the desired lift, we reinforced the compromised joists affected by termites and age using our SmartJacks system. Our team effectively resolved the issue and achieved a substantial improvement, which satisfied the customer. The SmartJacks system comprises adjustable steel piers that offer a high-capacity, long-lasting solution by preventing further settling and restoring the floor to its original position.
