Our team visited a customer near Robbins, TN to re-encapsulate their crawlspace. It had a ripped and inadequate liner in place that wasn't providing protection, so we installed our mold-resistant CleanSpace liner. This liner defends against mold, pests, rot, and high energy costs!
An individual who owns a property in Oneida, Tennessee contacted us regarding the state of their crawlspace. The area had not been properly sealed and waterproofed, and there were some beams that had begun to sag. To address these issues, we proposed our CleanSpace moisture barrier solution, which would guarantee the crawlspace stays clean and, most importantly, dry. Furthermore, we installed some SmartJacks to provide support to the weakened parts of the crawlspace. This solution can be adjusted to provide additional reinforcement if needed.

This Riceville, TN homeowner had a crawl space that was exposed to constant ground moisture and outside humidity.
