We hired Master Services for two reasons. (1) Other folks wouldn't talk to us since water was coming through the door. (2) We wanted someone who specialized in this field, not just someone who "does that too." Our inspector did a great job, and the info on the PC was very helpful. Our installation crew went above and beyond what most contractors do as far as cleanup, professionalism, flexibility, etc. I wish everyone was as conscientious as they were!

We hard heard of your work with the Love Kitchen sisters and we also met your staff and talked to them at the Trade Show Event at the Expo Center this spring. The work in our basement was done efficiently and quickly. The working staff was polite, courteous, and very hard working. They worked hard to get the job done and when they finished, they cleaned up their mess. The concrete work blended in with the original without any distortion to the floor. We are very satisfied!
