Our team at Master Services visited a home near Johnson, TN to inspect a damaged basement wall. The wall was likely damaged due to hydrostatic pressure from the outside. To repair the home, our team installed our wall plate anchor system. This system relies on stable surrounding soil to prevent further damage and support the walls.
In Piney Flats, TN, a homeowner discovered that his crawlspace had been encapsulated with low-quality materials, resulting in the deterioration of wooden beams and subsequently weakened floors. Upon contacting Master Services, our home inspector swiftly identified the solution: installing SmartJacks beneath the kitchen floor. These SmartJacks efficiently lifted the wooden beams in the crawlspace, resolving the problem of sagging floors caused by settling, even in tight spaces.

The basement, which doubled as a parking area, showed a large horizontal crack and significant efflorescence. Over time, the wall had cracked due to excessive moisture in the surrounding soil, prompting the homeowner to seek a reliable solution for reinforcing their garage walls.
Our approach involved installing I-Beam Wall Braces, which stabilize the wall by anchoring into the sturdier soil outside. By reinforcing the overall structure, this method ensures that the newly secured basement-garage area remains safe and reliable for years to come.
In Unicoi, TN, the Master Services installation team successfully addressed a weakened foundation wall showing signs of bowing. To rectify this issue, we employed our Wall Braces, effectively stabilizing the wall. Our installation of Wall Anchors provided crucial support by connecting the wall to stable soil in its surroundings, thereby enhancing the overall structural integrity of the house.
Since the homeowner had the wall covered by drywall, our crew had to carefully cut through it during the installation process. However, once installed, the anchors will be invisible, seamlessly blending into the wall while providing essential reinforcement.
