The client had two young children with severe allergies exacerbated by the poor air quality beneath their home. The crawlspace had been previously encapsulated with subpar materials that were not properly secured, leading to the proliferation of mold spores.
To ensure a dry crawlspace environment, we chose the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system, well-known for its durability and effectiveness. With precision, we securely attached the system to the basement walls using plastic fasteners, ensuring a strong and steadfast connection through careful drilling. This system played a crucial role in maintaining optimal moisture levels within the crawlspace, effectively preventing the growth of mold.
Master Services was called to this Chattanooga home after the homeowner noticed moisture concerns and an outdated vapor barrier in the crawl space. The area had exposed soil, debris, and a failing liner that was no longer protecting the home from humidity or musty odors.
