Kyle serves as a Foreman at Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, where he leads his crew with a focus on quality workmanship, teamwork, and doing what's right for every homeowner. Before joining Master, Kyle spent four years as a certified pest control technician, gaining valuable experience helping homeowners protect their properties and solve challenging problems. Today, he brings that same customer-first mindset to every project, ensuring repairs are completed with care and attention to detail.

What Kyle enjoys most about his role is leading his crew and making a positive difference for the homeowners they serve. He believes strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork are the foundation of every successful project. Kyle is especially passionate about Master's ONE Experience value, taking pride in delivering exceptional service and helping customers feel confident that they're receiving the right solution for their home. For him, doing the right thing is always the top priority.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys. He loves being outdoors and appreciates a career that allows him to work outside while helping people every day. Whether he's leading his team on the job site or making memories with his family, Kyle brings integrity, dedication, and a genuine passion for serving others to everything he does.
